So, I figured it’s time for me to post my own experience regarding the first ever Hatsune Miku Expo in Indonesia! This event might as well be one of the most memorable Japanese pop culture events I’ve ever gone to in Indonesia — especially the concert, yep. Well then, without further ado, here we go!
Yep, I know what you’re thinking. It’s been quite a long while since I last posted in this blog.
A lot of things happened, but I think I’ll save the talk about those things for another post later on. Now, what I want to talk about first is the new music video released by DECO*27—which turned out to be a new rendition for one of his most popular tunes: Ai Kotoba!
Yet another work for 40mP is out on Nico Nico Douga! Just like “Junjou Skirt”, “Ame to Asphalt” / “雨とアスファルト” (Rain & Asphalt) will be available in 40mP’s third major album, “Shintai Sokutei”.
I’m currently transcribing the romaji; for now, here’s the kanji lyrics.
Popular J-Pop singer hailing from Nico Nico Douga, Piko, released his Vocaloid concept album “Hitokoe -42701340-” on February 20, 2013. The limited pressing includes 6 songs while the limited edition includes 10; 5 songs originally sung by Vocaloid along with 4 bonus tracks for the limited edition, and 1 new song. And guess what, the one who produced that new song is none other than DECO*27!
Nearing the release date of another one of EXIT TUNES’ Vocaloid compilation albums, Vocalosensation, 40mP uploaded “Junjou Skirt”, his new work that is featured as one of the tracks in the album. It is also available in the album “Shintai Sokutei“「シンタイソクテイ」, 40mP’s third major album and sixth album overall. Lyrics are up as usual!
The start of Winter Wonder Festival 2013 has brought to lots of Hatsune Miku fans what they have been waiting for: the design of 2013’s Racing Miku!
The new design incorporates a more dynamic approach and features a resemblance to Hatsune Miku Append’s design. Personally, I think this design doesn’t pale to 2012’s, in fact it is better in my opinion. What do you think?
After releasing a couple of downloadable contents for Project DIVA f like the Snow Miku modules, “Minna to Issho” Collab Set which featured “Po Pi Po Special edition” together with various customize items, and modules of derivative Vocaloids (Akita Neru, Yowane Haku, and Kasane Teto), Sega announced through Project DIVA f’s official website that the new contents planned to be released in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F—the PS3 port of the game, will also be accessible for the PSVita version’s players in the form of multiple DLCs.
DECO*27 & sasakure.UK—both of which are famous Vocaloid producers and musicians—have brought a new piece of their collaboration work sung by Miku! Succeeding “39” and “Snow Song Show“, this song is entitled: “Aozora Harusaito” 「アオゾラハルサイト」! The refreshing spring-esque song is used as the theme song of “Aoharu”「アオハル」’s 5th issue, “Aoharu No. 0.99″「アオハル0.99号」, revolving around “meeting and parting” as the theme.
