Popular J-Pop singer hailing from Nico Nico Douga, Piko, released his Vocaloid concept album “Hitokoe -42701340-” on February 20, 2013. The limited pressing includes 6 songs while the limited edition includes 10; 5 songs originally sung by Vocaloid along with 4 bonus tracks for the limited edition, and 1 new song. And guess what, the one who produced that new song is none other than DECO*27!

Piko himself is famous for being able to sing in both male and female voice, described in Nico Nico Douga with the term “ryouseirui”. Since debuting with his major single “Story”, he has been gaining even more popularity, and later released his second single and two new albums. He also provided his voice for the soundbank of a Vocaloid based on himself, Utatane Piko. He is also a Vocaloid producer with the alias “ChuutoroP”, his debut work as a VocaP being “Committee for the Abolition of Christmas” featuring Hatsune Miku & GUMI. Been listening to the album. This whole thing is like gold to me. He chose most of my favourite GUMI songs (Jinsei Reset Button, Mozaik Role, Setsuna Trip, Ama no Jaku and Invisible) to sing. All the eargasm~
Yep, indeed; Setsuna Trip and Mozaic Role especially appealed the most to me. His voice really fits the song and even brought them to another level.
