After almost fifty chapters, Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata (Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend)’s spinoff manga Koisuru Metronome finally seems to be heading towards its completion in a matter of weeks.
Sabu Musha, the illustrator of Koisuru Metronome, recently tweeted about the manga’s 50th chapter which will be released on March 24. In the same tweet, Musha also mentioned that the series is planned to end on the next issue of Big Gangan, which means the 51th chapter will be its final one.
Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata Koisuru Metronome focuses on the relationship between average otaku Tomoya Aki and famous author Utaha Kasumigaoka. The manga series has been serialized in Square Enix’s seinen manga magazine Big Gangan since August 24, 2013, and has since been collected in nine tankobon volumes as of December 25, 2017. Famed author Utaha Kasumigaoka had always struggled with her novel series, ‘Koisuru Metronome’ until she met Tomoya Aki; her biggest fan who inspires her to give it a proper conclusion and later becomes her personal editor.
