Happy New Year 2013!

Roses are red,
violets are blue;
may the new year be great,

Without further ado, I’m wishing you: Happy New Year!

2012 has been one heck of a year, especially with the overhyped Mayan prophecy, which turned out to be a blunder (pfft, my sides). Talking about hype, it would be weord me not to mention about PSY’s globally phrnomenal “Gangnam Style”.

In 2012, I faced plenty new challenges, met new friends, established new connections, and accumulated lots of interesting experiences. I also fell into many troublesome situations, but I’d like to think of them as a part of my adventure.

By the way, I actually thought of writing more interesting stuff for new year celebration like “my favorite show/music/movie/manga of the year”, “personal testimonals”, or something along those lines like some of my friends did, but it seems I didn’t manage to allocate enough time for that (lol); maybe next year would be different.

Another reason is that as I’m writing this post, I’m currently out of town, attending new year party and countdown at Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung. Although being in such a formal dinner doesn’t really suit my fancy that much, listening to D’Cinnamons’ acoustic performance does; so I guess, it’s worth the deal.

Anyway, how about you? How do YOU spend your New Year’s Eve?

Be it celebrating the new year togethet with your family, your friends, or simply by yourself in front of your PC, be grateful with that. There are many people out there who don’t even have the leisure or time to think about such things while struggling for their life. Ahaha, so much for first world problems.

2012 is a fantastic year in its own right; but just like any other year, the end awaits. I’m hoping that all of us will be able to start 2013 with a new spirit — so everything that has come and gone will not be in vain.

So… What’s your resolution for 2013? Of course, mine is 1920 x 1080 without saying.
